I picked up the Q Cherry Bomb (5/8”-24) specifically to upgrade my suppressor setup, and it has been a game-changer. Previously running a Honey Badger SD, I wanted something lighter, shorter, and quicker to attach/detach. The Cherry Bomb made swapping to my Q Trash Panda effortless — rock-solid lockup, perfect alignment every time thanks to the taper design, and zero carbon buildup issues after hundreds of rounds. Installation was dead simple (just a ½” socket, no shims or timing needed), and it looks great with the copper finish. As a standalone brake, it tames recoil noticeably on my 8.6 Blackout build without being overly concussive. Best part: the quick-detach is truly fast — I can go from suppressed to unsuppressed in seconds. Highly recommended for anyone running Q’s Plan B suppressors (Trash Panda, Thunder Chicken, etc.). Worth every penny for the convenience and performance. 10/10, would buy again.
